潤滑脂滴點測試方法
測(ce)(ce)定(ding)(ding)(ding)滴(di)點(dian)(dian)的(de)方法(fa)有三種:潤(run)滑(hua)(hua)脂和(he)固體經滴(di)點(dian)(dian)測(ce)(ce)定(ding)(ding)(ding)法(fa)SH/T 0115-92、潤(run)滑(hua)(hua)脂滴(di)點(dian)(dian)測(ce)(ce)定(ding)(ding)(ding)法(fa)GB/T4929-85和(he)潤(run)滑(hua)(hua)脂寬(kuan)溫度范圍滴(di)點(dian)(dian)測(ce)(ce)定(ding)(ding)(ding)法(fa)GB/T3498-83。前兩種方法(fa)只能測(ce)(ce)定(ding)(ding)(ding)250°G以下(xia)的(de)滴(di)點(dian)(dian),而(er)后(hou)者可測(ce)(ce)定(ding)(ding)(ding)高達330C的(de)各(ge)種類(lei)型潤(run)滑(hua)(hua)脂的(de)滴(di)點(dian)(dian)。國(guo)(guo)外(wai)相應測(ce)(ce)定(ding)(ding)(ding)潤(run)滑(hua)(hua)脂滴(di)點(dian)(dian)的(de)方法(fa)有:美國(guo)(guo)的(de)ASTM D566、ASTM D2265(寬(kuan)溫法(fa))、德國(guo)(guo)的(de)DIN 51801和(he)日本的(de)JIS K22205.4等(deng)。
